Visit from My Publishers!

I completely forgot that I had a few photos of my visit with Paul & Gena Suarez, the publishers of The Old Schoolhouse homeschool magazine, last week. Silly me. At least, until I saw on Gena's Facebook last night that she had their 5th beautiful baby, Chloe, yesterday!! Whew! That was cutting it close!

They were passing through the area & graciously invited Stephanie Ruby (another TOSer & dear friend in this area (she lives on the road behind me!) & I to lunch at Penera. Mmm mmm!

I was so tickled to be reminded that the scarf Gena had on was one I had made for her the last time I saw them, about 3 years ago. Doesn't it look good on her? ;-)

And we were totally entertained by the lovely & talented 2 year old Sani (Suzanna) & her amazing technical skills w/Steph's camera phone! lol And, when necessary, Sani was entertained by her lovely & gracious big sister, Julia. Thanks, Julia! You're such a sweetheart & an awesome helper!

The only draw back was that none of my family could be there since they were at work. I know Ty especially missed his fun conversations w/Paul. They have too many 'inside jokes' to be healthy. LOL!!

And...TRUMPETS!!...I'm glad to announce to you the entrance into our world of Miss Chloe Suarez on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010!! Isnt' she beautiful? What a sweetie.
