A sad, sad day in the history or our country. "The definition of insanity is doing something the same way, over & over again, & expecting a different out-come." If anyone ever doubted that our country, our culture, is lost ~ last night is your proof that it is. Evil has won a battle but NOT the war!
BUT BE OF GOOD CHEER! GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE!
Evidently, America has hard lessons to learn.
So, remember this: "Who shall serparate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... NO, in ALL these things we are more than conquerors through HIM Who loved us. For I AM CONVINCED that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, NOR ANYTHING ELSE IN ALL CREATION, WILL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF GOD THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD." ~Romans 8:35, 37-39
Let us continue to pray for our country, our leaders, our families & our influence in & for the cause of Jesus Christ.
Blessings from Ohio . . . Kim<><
Yes, sad day for our country, who is so far from the Lord.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you 100%. I am so dissapointed in the way the election turned out, but I have to remember the Lord is not surprised! I pray for His mercy and grace and for wisdom to be imparted (miraculously) to the American people in the next election! God still reigns!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice blog you have. :)
Blessings,
Leslie
Oh Kim, I am so sad for our country! Shocked and in disbelief! But He is still on the throne and maybe we have strayed too far and He is handing us over. Maybe His hand is off because we no longer stand with Israel. Praying!
ReplyDeleteI am truly in mourning. Sadly the US we knew is gone and it will never be the same again. Too far gone now. We have chosen a handout over earning your way. I feel as if God has stepped back and let us have what we have earned. The saddest part is that my children have to grown up and never know the America I did. Maybe it will be better that way, they won't know what they never had. Just do not have the words for my despair.
