Snicker Surprise Dessert

Just this weekend, my lovely DD#2 reminded me that I hadn't made one of our family's favorite desserts for quite a while ~ Snicker Surprise.

We started calling it "surprise" because 1) it is surprisingly mmm, mmm, good & 2) it's one of those fun desserts that you can serve at a carry-in, not tell anyone what is in it & see the look of "surprise" on their faces as they taste buds go on a yummy ingredient tour.

You will need:

~1 16oz (large) container of Kool Whip
~1 apple of your choice (Red Delicious for those who like sweet; Granny Smith for those who like tart), cored & chopped w/skin on
~1-2 bananas, sliced
~1 15 oz can of Mandarin oranges, drained
~2 large Snickers bars OR 1 6-bar slip of fun sized Snickers bars, sliced

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a large decorative mixing bowl or serving bowl.
2) If you are not serving it immediately, cover with plastic wrap & store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Let me know how you LOVE it!
