Chicken Salad

Here's a favorite of mine. This recipe is good in warm or cold weather...serve it warm, just after you've made it, in the cool months or let it cool in the frig for a couple of hours & enjoy it on a hot summer's day.
2-3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & either cubed or finely chopped

1 c. sliced almonds; if desired, crush the almonds

3/4 c. mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip (according to your taste)

1 stalk of celery, finely chopped

1 ts. sea salt

1/2 ts. garlic powder

1/8 ts. dried OR fresh dill weed

1/8 - 1/4 ts. dried rosemary, lightly crushed

~ Mix together all ingredients; refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you prefer it served cold.

~ Slice open large cressants & load w/chicken salad!

~ Serves 4.
